Now a little about the Emerald...

This absolute classic design will never go out of style and is often featured as a solitaire or tri stone ring. Part of the step cut family - this means it has nice long wide facets letting you see more character. It's always a good option with these shapes to choose a good clarity as you can see straight through them. 

It's important to determine which characteristics are important when choosing this shape. The bigger the Emerald the better the clarity is a good rule.
